The Fire Rescue Explorer programs were created by the Boy Scouts of America. The purpose of the explorer
program is to give teens ages 14 to 21 the opportunity to learn new skills and meet new people. The program also helps
teach youth to be part of a team and help their community.
The Pittsfield Fire Explorers meet every Thursday from 1800-2000hrs (6:00pm to 8:00pm) at
the Pittsfield Fire Rescue station located on Catamount road just after the PSNH building.
